Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes
Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes is a community open to all ages located near San Luis Obispo in the town of Nipomo, California.
All homeowners within Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes are Members of the Monarch Club, which includes Adelina’s Bistro, The Market Place, and Sandalwood Spa, all of which are open to the Members and non-Members.
In purchasing your new home, you should have received a copy of the CCMA & WMA Rules and Regulations as well as a list of contacts associated with your home. Please note, the HOA does not keep record of any installations or changes within the interior of your home. For warranty, service, appliance, or exterior/interior paint color information, please contact Shea Homes.
Residence rentals for a term not less than thirty (30) days, are permitted within Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes. Please note, each Dwelling Unit shall be used as a residence for a single family and for no other purpose. An Owner who leases his or her Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes property shall be deemed to have assigned all rights and responsibilities to the lessee of such residence for the period of the lease. Therefore, up to 2 residents of that property, and not the leasing Owner, shall be entitled to use the Member Only facilities and other privileges exclusive to Members upon issuance of renter membership identification cards.
In accordance with the CCMA Rules & Regulations, renters must confirm permanent residence on multiple forms of identification or correspondence, including providing an active valid lease to the Homeowner's Association Office prior to membership activation.

What is the Woodlands Mutual Water Company?
WMWC management and staff strive to provide our shareholders with a reliable and safe water supply at a reasonable cost, while providing the highest level of customer service.
The Woodlands Mutual Water Company (WMWC) of San Luis Obispo County is a corporation organized under the laws of California for the purpose of providing water and sewer services to property owners on approximately 957 acres situated on the Nipomo Mesa – commonly known as “The Woodlands”. WMWC was formed for the purpose of serving water to its shareholders at cost. The purpose of a mutual water company is not to make a profit, but to charge such fees and rates for the services it provides as are necessary to acquire water and to build, operate, and maintain a water and sewer system in the community.
