We are happy to welcome you to the neighborhood! Whether you are joining us from across town, across the country, or across the world - we are thrilled you decided to call Monarch Dunes home. We know that moving can be stressful, so we want to make your onboarding process with the Monarch Club as seamless as possible.

Complete this form in its entirety and submit the current lease agreement to the Homeowner’s Association Offices. The offices are located in the Monarch Activity Center (1640 Trilogy Parkway) and open Monday-Friday, from 8AM – 5PM daily. You may also mail the required documents to Central Coast Maintenance Association, c/o Community Association Manager, 1640 Trilogy Parkway, Nipomo, CA 93444.

It is the responsibility of all Owners to assure that all tenant(s)* and guests are informed of and receive copies of the rules for the community.

Your information will be sent to our Concierge Team who will confirm the HOA has received your current lease agreement and reach out to schedule your onboarding appointment. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
