For Nails Services: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time.
For Massage or Skin Care Services: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment start time.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24-hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and 72-hours notice is required for group appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 100% cancellation charge. The charges will be applied to the credit card or gift card used to confirm your appointment. If there is no credit card or gift card on file, payment will be required prior to or on arrival of your future appointment.
Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24-hours advance notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Check in for Massages and Facials: We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course, beyond the check in policies, we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Sandalwood Spa. Come up to an hour early, and 2 hours after your service. Enjoy our eucalyptus steam room or our hot tub (Don’t forget your bathsuit), bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, champagne or mimosa in our serenity lounge.
